Staff was really rude i just put the item back in a wrong shelf co’z i am in a hurry as i change the item a purchase. She said with frustration can you put it back!!! And just stare at me being mad when i am about to pay. Thats not a customer service business will foster for sure. Plus She was on the phone speaking punjabi.

Very rude staff. We purchased a SIM card and it didn’t work . We went back in 1 hr to ask how to make it work or if it’s not working, they take it back. Staff was very very rude, didn’t want to listen and said she can not do anything about it: leave with it. Not sure if she had really recharged the sim or just took away my money and didn’t recharge the sim at all. I wonder if this is usual for a tourist place like Banff .
