“Nice place and the currency exchange here is quick and easy. I do believe it's a good exchange rate and I'd suggest keeping cash on hand for the Lake Louise Tea Houses if you're going there, and also you'll get a better exchange rate than paying with your credit card most shops and restaurants. You can also hop the bus for $2 and I'm not sure they take credit but I'd think not.”
“Stopped by Cascade Shops last Friday evening after work and it was way more chill than I expected for a Friday crowd. Grabbed a coffee and just wandered the shops for an hour, nice mix of local Banff stuff and the usual brands so you can actually get gifts that don't feel generic. The staff at a couple of the outdoor gear shops were super helpful and didn't rush me even though I was clearly just browsing after a long week. Easy parking nearby too, which honestly made the whole stop way less stressful than I thought a mall visit would be.”
