bought some airpods today and asked for help. got helped by a slightly rude attendee who seemed fed up when speaking to me as i slightly interrupted them (mb i got adhd) i could clearly see the displeased look on their face and just seemed offput by the whole experience.

I am a first time visitor to Banff. I explained to the staff how to use it and they recommended a SIM card to me. When I asked where the mobile was, they said Roger, but in reality they sold me Lucky, which is complete garbage. The internet didn't work outside of the city, so we were completely screwed. This place is a total scammer and a complete piece of garbage. You should never buy anything here. These guys are the ones who are making Banff look bad. I will never come to Canada again because of this store.
