I was on holiday from Spain and went to have a look inside. Lots of nice stuff at reasonable prices. I was served by a really pleasant member of staff, originally from Chile, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for being so helpful and kind. P/S, On my return to Spain everyone loved what I bought in the store. Volveré, gracias.

We stopped in here while shopping along Banff Avenue. Great shop with lots of great stuff. We bought most of our souvenirs in Banff here.

Large shop for souvenirs and clothing items. Great place to find a Bund thought. Staff a little confused at times but very helpful.

I end up buying my stuff here whenever I come to banff. I just find the prices way reasonable than others.
Example, a toque... same toque their price is way more competitive.
I've always wanted a hoodie but it just not justified the prices all the gift shops charges. This time around! I finally got 1! With the economy today... you still can enjoy things in life but just need to be smart... im happy. Highly recommended. Plus, the staff are very friendly!

I came here with my girlfriend during our vacation. Unfortunately, there weren't many gifts that I could find that were made in Canada, mainly generic things. However, our experience was tarnished as a woman was constantly staring and following us throughout the store. I didn't feel comfortable and hope that this practice will change.

Visited this shop On Saturday Aug 15. I didn't get to finish looking around as me and my family were watched like hawks by the lady at the front. I made my purchase (should of put my stuff back) and went and waited for my sister. As i waited outside i still seen her following my sister instead of following the lady with a green open purse. Poor customer service.

Very dissapointed!!! Not at the shop itself, what they sell or prices, but at one staff member who is so obliviously rude. She stopped whatever music that was playing and put on some rap song that was repeatedly using the N word. She then continued to sing along and dance to it. Seriously... this is 2018, and in Banff Canada!!!
