Outrageous pricing in comparison to neighbouring towns, and the Coop is no better. You also have to watch the prices on the shelves because often they will ring up at a higher price at the till, especially the produce. Sales on produce only happen when the items are rotten- 3/$10 for 1/4 pints of mouldy blueberries… Our town needs better options; people are hurting out there and the price gouging is unnecessary. The staff is super nice and they try their best every time.

I used to support this location however recently I was judged and mistreated. I’ve also experienced a deterioration of the quality of their produce items as well as their chicken. I’ve had to return several packs of chicken over the past year that ended up being bad and had to return it the following day. I’ve also had to go to other places in order to find sufficient produce. Due to the recent judgement and mistreatment that I experienced, I will no longer be supporting Freson Bros and I now shop solely at co-op in barrhead where I am not judged, disrespected, or treated less than.

We used the catering team for our wedding dinner and rehearsal dinner and the food was amazing! Everything was delicious and they were huge servings of food we ended up with lots of extras! The staff were nice to work with, everyone was so kind and helpful!

Militaristic checkout experience. The lady at the cash register made me feel like a 2nd day trained employee. Otherwise good selection of essentials.
