The smoked meat has a nice clean smoke. Orders are completed exactly as asked. The service is highly recommended, with customers stating they will use it for all future meat processing needs.

Benjie did two steers for us and he was excellent from start to finish. We worked together getting them slaughtered and ready for transport. Clean and fast. And fun to work with. The cutting and wrapping was top notch. And accurate to boot. Well done. Benjie will be our go-to from here on in.
