Have banked here for over 30 years. Very nice people and great service but when it comes to investing I have soon issues in the past couple of years. But my wife and I met with Investment Specialist Dominic today and all our of worries went away. This man has vast knowledge in the investment world. He sits down and makes a plan for your needs and what’s best for you. We are very happy and at ease with our investments with ABCU

I have had great experience with this bank, especially with my mortgage advisor, Shannon. Her level of professionalism and commitment to providing me with my exact mortgage needs is next to non. Thank you Shannon

Used to be a great place to have our business account but open hours are absolutely useless. Tellers rarely know how to help. Fees for everything. Time to switch.

The ABCU is the only financial institution in Beaumont that does not have a drive thru ATM. I feel this extremely poor customer service, especially for clients who have disabilities.

Have been banking here for 50 years. Customer service and hours open have gone to garbage in the last 3 years. Looking for another bank with better hours and wants my business

It’s a okay bank, but they have the worst hours. 10 to 4 Monday to Friday only. That’s ridiculous. Do better! I also constantly have problems with my bank card not working. It’s tough to go and get a new card because they are only open 10 to 4 Monday to Friday. Most people work 8 to 4 but others like me work 7 to 5:30. I’m going to be switching banks and I would not recommend this bank

Terrible customer service, went in today lady wouldn’t give me coins for my coin laundry at my apartment. Other banks will let you which makes no sense as to why they wouldn’t. No professionalism whatsoever. Don’t recommend going here, if you want to be treated properly with the best care go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time!

I have had nothing but the best of service from this bank. From looking after everything when I was hacked. To replacing money wrongfully gotten by some hacker. Every time I have phoned with a concern I have been cared for like no other bank I have had, that’s why even though I have moved to Calgary, I will stick with this bank. Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been exemplary and I congratulate them

Have been banking here since 97. This bank seriously needs to rethink it's ways. The public wifi requires a password and also the door to front entrance requires a card for access (not fun with -40c wind chill). 5$ for a replacement debit card? Other banks charge nothing. Only open 6 hours a day are u kidding? Will b looking for a new place to do my banking.

A while back my father of 75 went in to the downtown branch to do some basic banking and when he was done, Kuldeep the branch supervisor sold my father on a TFSA account when my dad was visiting on vacation and considered non-resident of Canada at the time which Kuldeep was fully aware of. The amount of the TFSA was significant and Kuldeep did not give any handout information informing my dad of contribution amounts nor penalties and proceeded without this info. Needless to say my dad believed Kuldeep had his best interest at heart and now my dad owes over 15k in penalties for this huge mistake on Kuldeeps end. We are now stuck with this and Kuldeep claims she never made the decision. I honestly thought she had our back on this and its obvious she cleaned her hands from it. Needless to say we are closing our accounts and going elsewhere.
