Have been with Westland Insurance for over 20 years and finally had to use them for my vehicle theft. Susane Tonhauser was awesome to deal with and put up with my frustration and anxiety with calm and class. very grateful for the service they provide and hopefully they won’t hear from me anytime soon.

I need to switch my car insurance to parking.
Called Beaumont branch and the receptionist was very helpful on connecting me to my broker Jenny Takenaka and right away she took care of it with no delay.
She was awesome in communication to thru email and was very prompt.
