Just moved here recently from Edmonton. I was pleasantly surprised with this Anytime location. They tore down their studio room to make more room for free weights etc..I think whoever was involved in that decision deserves a pat on the back; the studio rooms are a hindrance everywhere else. I’ve been to a number of Anytime Fitness locations, but this one is filled with humble members & nobody is trying to ego lift or throw weights around.I find the staff very friendly as well as the regulars. Must be a Beaumont thing; everyone is so polite in this town.

Dan is an excellent trainer! He is knowledgeable, personable and makes gym time something to look forward to. He encourages the right amount and adapts to specific circumstances/limitations such as reduced mobility in some areas due to injury.

I enjoyed this facility when I was an active member. It was always clean and the machines seemed to be well taken care of.I have since built my own gym at home and have been trying to cancel my membership for the past month to no avail. When calling in to try and cancel the staff direct me to email them, from which I never recieve a response.EDIT: They have finally stopped charging me after contacting them again. Like the usual gym membership it just takes some persistence.

This gym is a great place to workout. It has all the equipment you need. They bring in new machines/equipment to enhance your experience. The place is always kept clean and tidy. The manager (Ryan) is great to chat with and listens to everything you have to say. I have absolutely no complaints.

This gym was good until it wasn’t. I wanted to cancel my membership because I moved away. It’s been almost a full year since I canceled my membership but I’m still being charged. They use a third party to handle their cancellations and I have yet to successfully cancel with anytime fitness, which means I am still getting charged for a service that I am not using. This is not ok

I’ve been training at anytime for 8 months with Melissa with the goal of weight loss. In that time I’ve lost a significant amount of weight as well as feeling strong and empowered. Melissa is awesome, she really listens when I let her know what I’m having issues with and has helped me to get through some struggles in my journey. She has also over seen some injuries of mine and I really appreciate how much knowledge of the human body she has to be able to make sure that each exercise is not only done correctly to avoid injury but also to have stretches for any injury that help more than I could ever imagine. I would definitely recommend seeing Melissa at anytime if you’re looking for a trainer!

Awesome people to be around that all support successful lifestyles to keep you motivated and inspired. High standards in equipment quality and sanitization. Access to many work out related resources like their evolt-scan, fms training, and access to a personal trainer, etc. If you use the resources provided and show up, plateauing isn't an option. These guys have your backs in setting you up for success.

Amazing establishment, love the atmosphere, had trainer Jeremy for six months was great to have someone show me the ropes around the gym. Would highly recommend!

Don't go here. It's such a fraud. I highly discourage signing up for a membership with them as they will come hound you for additional payments even after you cancel your membership.They then send creditors after you if you refute the payment with, so far, no way to appeal it.It's a scam.

I would not recommend this gym at all. I signed up just before covid happened back in 2020. They took payments from people and when I asked to cancel it was a nightmare. I'll give them credit after awhile they did cancel my contract however fought with me about why they feel they should continue taking money during a pandemic the first time around. I cannot speak for the second time as I was no longer a member.I was told when I signed up the key fob was 52.50 deposit and when I decided to stop that I would get that back, they even took it as a separate payment. I went the other day to go return it and was met by two incredibly unprofessional people who didn't even say sorry all they did was stand there telling me I was wrong and misinformed. Didn't take my name, or anything just stood there staring at me. I left and came back as I wanted a copy of my contract contract look it over(which says nothing about the key fob btw) to be met again by the same male at the door who looked super grumpy and mad. Who wasn't nice at all nor did it seem like he wanted to be there. Who then told me old staff were telling people that and he was waiting for an email back from the owner. He said hed be in touch but judging from my experience there he won't be. If your staff are poorly trained and giving out misinformation that's on the owner. I didn't get a sorry and explanation of the issue or anything.Customer service really was out the window.The only reason two stars was given was because my contract was cancelled, stay away from here and go to a gym that gives you a refund on your key fob- which is pretty much all of them.

Every time I come here it’s always very clean, spray bottles are in the right places, cloths are always clean and ready to use, and the range of equipment is great! Staff interact with members whenever they see us and being open 24/7 caters to everyone schedule!

Did not mind this gym until I wanted to cancel my membership. It has been an absolute nightmare. They use a third party to handle their cancellations and I have yet to successfully cancel with anytime fitness, which means I am still getting charged for a service that I am not using. Not too happy…

Cancelled my membership, got an email confirming it and then after covid was over got an email saying I owed another month and the gym improvement fee. I emailed and asked and was told that due to covid the email cancellation I recieved was void and my contract wasnt fulfilled. Then the owner took me to collections for $71. Small gym and a small town isn't a good way to make clients, do not sign with them. Worst management, considering we were in a pandemic you shouldn't be charging people. And if you can't honor cancellation policies then why have them
