Every time I walk into the store there’s always a huge line with the workers all acting as if we’re not there. The one lady(the bigger one) had a situation where she made my daughter cry. Second thing I am tired of the slick comments she makes towards me. one time i decided to leave an item out because it wasn’t needed and she had the audacity to say u don’t have enough money? not in a funny way in a disrespectful way. Today I decided to buy a kitkat, she looked me up and down and said “only one?” yet again she said this with evilness. i’m not sure who is hiring these people but something has to be done

Found what I was looking for however I bought a snack off of the shelf and did not notice that they sold me short dated food that expired the day after I purchased it.

From the last many years, this store has provided excellent services to our city. Recently it has been noted that the store has lost its standards of professionalism.
I suggest that Dollar Store management ensures that staff members are communicating in English, especially when they are handling customers at the Till, and provide proper training to each new recruiter to maintain professional standards.
I hope that Dollar Store takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better experience for all customers.

What a horrible experience. Came today spent 90.00 showed the cashier what bags to put chocolates in and bought another bag for the larger items. So she starts to put the bars in new bag, I mentioned I said they went in the smaller bag, she proceeds to throw out the bars smashing them to the counter and said you can bag your own. Talk about being treated as white trash. They ask for respect it goes both ways. Unacceptable. Never going back

What a disappointment today. No great customer service at the till. Really, you are asking a customer who has already all hands full to return the empty basket to the pile instead of saying you take care of it as a courtesy? Unfortunately, i have to give a star to post a review ?? maybe a customer service seminar would help to clarify who brings in the $$$.
