Booked appointment, so I don't have to wait, since they are usually very busy with walk ins. Place really crowded. I asked right away about the wait time, since I have to go to work after, which is reason for having appointment. They told me no more than 10 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, and seeing them taking in several walk ins (they have digital display boards, so I could tell), I approached reception desk again, asking about the time. They asked me to wait. Then they took me to the back and I had to wait again. After 40 minutes past my appointment time, I finally had to ask for my prescription back and left. had they been honest about the wait time, I could have left and rebooked, which I had told them at reception. The place is very poorly run.What is the point of having an appointment, when walk ins are taking in ahead of me and I had to wait almost as long as if I had been a walk in???

Had an appointment for 10:30. Checked in at 10:28. Was told there is around a 15 min wait. I kinda shook my head but what can you do. I said sure, I'll wait. I wait for 30 min before being called upon. This is with an appointment and technically, checking in early. This type of garbage happens about 90 percent of the time I go there. This is a business the city should be embarrassed about. If you can help it, go to a different dyna. Like in Millwoods, or leduc.I'm going to post my experience everytime I go from now on.

Had an appointment at this place. Staff was so live. I had Gail doing my blood work. Very friendly lady. Usually I m scared of needle. But I did not know and I was done with blood work. Thanks to Gail

We have attended many dynalife locations around the Edmonton area, always with a scheduled appointment booking … we live in Beaumont… but every time we give this location a go it is one of the very worst! So again today an appointment scheduled for 10:40 am .. arrived 5 minutes early checked in … continued to wait 25 minutes past scheduled appointment time slot … totally understand Drs do double booking in time slots but this is a blood work in and out … the scheduled appointment time supersedes the walk ins in other dynalife locations… not here appointment time really means nothing … also do question the lack cleanliness (awful bathroom) and lack of staff professionalism here in this office compared to others we have attended .. just a heads up to patients … would appreciate feed back from Beaumont Dynalife

I recently had a very disappointing experience at Dynalife laboratory. Despite booking an appointment for a specific time slot, I arrived on time only to be left waiting for nearly 30 mins. I noticed the walk ins were ahead of me so not sure WHY BOOK AN APPOINTMENTNot only was this a frustrating waste of my time, but the lack of communication and disregard for my scheduled appointment was completely unacceptable. It's clear that Dynalife does not prioritize their clients' time or value their appointments, and I will not be returning in the future. I would strongly caution anyone against using their services if you value punctuality and respect for your schedule.

Got in quick and the lady that took my blood was very pleasant! I’m not one for needles but didn’t even feel it. And I didn’t get light headed like usual!

The tech was good to deal with but I had made an appointment for my 1 year old so we wouldn’t have to wait in line. I got there on time and still had to wait 15 mins while 3 people got to go ahead of us. When I asked about it they said that 15 mins was a really good time to wait when you have an appointment… so basically there is no point in waiting on hold with booking for 20 mins to make an appointment that doesn’t even matter

This branch has the best staff specially the lady who did our routine check up ( blood extraction) very nice and professional. They are good with what they do, not rushing and smiling faces :)

The receptionist or whoever was working at the front desk was very rude. I understand you guys are busy. I also work in Healthcare, so I get how busy it gets but I would never talk to my patients the way she spoke to me. If it wasn't for the super kind phlebotomists, I would've probably given my first ever experience at this location a 1 star. The phlebotomist I had made my experience coming there much better. He was very calm and kind. I think I'm going to avoid this dynalife and would rather drive to Edmonton for a better experience.
