Terrible car wash; Terrible customer service.

Stay away from this car wash. The wash arm on their “touchless” system scraped down the entire side of my truck before colliding with my mirror and jamming. The damage was clearly caused by faulty equipment, yet the owner, Khalid Latif, refused to take any responsibility.
Instead of an apology, I was told that I caused damage to their machine and that they “lost money” because of it. Not once did they acknowledge the damage to my vehicle.
Between the malfunctioning equipment and the complete lack of accountability, I strongly recommend avoiding this car wash.

Car wash will beat up your vehicle, and the owner won't accept responsibility. Co-op is better.
Edit to address reply: truck box got hit by car wash machine, mirror position is irrelevant.

I come by every weekend for fuel and to get snacks. The guy who’s there is friendly and very helpful. Prices are also great here.

I stop at this store at least 4 times a week. The young girl that works there is so friendly. I have not seen her for awhile and now that Karan is there i will not be going as much. Not friendly and rushes you when I am spending a fair amount on lottery. No hi or thank you. Absolutely rude.. is that it? Is that it? Is all he knows how to say.. Not someone that should be in customer service

Thank you Karan at Beaumont Esso! I accidentally left my wallet in a U-Haul truck that I rented and Karan went above and beyond to get it back to me. I appreciate people who do what's right.

Worth the drive from South Edmonton for the cheaper gas. Typically cheaper than the rest of Beaumont. Little bit of a looping around kind of drive to get in though from the highway.

Every time I come here I have to wait 5 minutes at the till for the lady to come out from the back. When she does finally come to the till she doesn’t say a word to me she just talks on the phone in an another language the whole time. Good thing they have the coop gas station now in town. Gas is cheaper there anyways and they actually speak English.

I’ve been stopping at this Esso and it’s a great experience. The boy working there was friendly and make customers feel welcome every time. He maintained the store well stocked, cleaned , and the pumps was working properly. It’s convenient, quick, and reliable whenever I need fuel or a coffee on the go. Definitely one of the stations I trust the most in the area.” GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! 👏👏

Had an amazing experience at this store. I wasn't able to put ice bags in my car as I had an injury on my arm and was struggling. The associate Karan was very kind as he noticed and immediately came to help me to load the bags in my vehicle. I am really impressed with their customer service. Keep up the good work!
