I recently had four new tires installed at Fountain Tire in Edmonton. One of the rims had a slow leak for just over a year. I took it to the Ford dealership twice, and they couldn't find anything wrong. In fact, the dealership told me the leak was probably due to the 2-mm and 3-mm tire tread depth. Time to replace the tires! Hence the reason I had new tires installed. Even after replacing 4 new tires the leak was still happening. I called Jeffrey at Fountain Tire in Beaumont, and he scheduled me in to have a look at the tire even though he didn't do the installation. The same day he called back and told me they had found a small leak in the valve stem. They replaced it free of charge! They even re-torqued the lugs after 100 km. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was looked after. Top notch service and courteous. I'll definitely be coming back when it's time for new winter tires! Big shout out to Manny and Brent the owner and their team of associates. Had an appointment booked for April 2-2025 and dropped my truck off April 1 and they had fixed the issue the same day as i dropped it off. Amazing shop with a great team of technicians. I am really impressed with the whole team. Keep up the great work and the customer service is next to none. Thank guys.

I used to like coming to this location to get my tires changed but I wish to not come back here anymore. The management at this location needs to be investigated I have witnessed staff being over worked and treated badly, always new faces every time I come here. I want to go to a shop where I know that workers are being treated with respect. This location does not value their employees what so ever and I rather go somewhere else where I know the employees are treated with somewhat of dignity and respect.

Bought my winter and summer tires from here, had winters stored and when I went back in to have them swapped they said they couldn't find them and so must have scrapped them, despite having recorded tread depth of 9/32 when they were taken off. Their solution to the situation was to sell me a new set of $2500 tires, or to order in some "cheaper options". Legitimately Criminal but I'm an idiot who didn't keep records so tough luck

I picked up a nail in my tire first thing in the morning. I took my daughter to school and headed straight for Fountain Tire. They were able to help me and had me back on the road within 20 minutes. Amazing team.

I thought I put a review in about these guys in late April 2024 they changed my winter tires to summer's. They were vert helpful went above and beyond what I expected. One of my tire pressure monitoring sensor had failed over the storage period rendering the others not to work. I got one from Toyota and they fitted it in next day free of charge. I plan on using them again for tire changeover and oil changes. Their integrity was something that's a rare thing in today's world. Thank you to all the staff at Fountain Tire Beaumont

Fixed my truck well and give law and military discount which is appreciated. As well you can bring your own parts which saves $. Cutest friendly dog inside as well.
