Just had a great experience with Vanessa!! She couldn’t have been more professional. I had to make a unique deposit from a cashiers cheque from the US and she pulled up my history and realized it was a legit deposit. I highly recommend using RBC for any kind of banking and I also highly recommend the Beaumont branch specifically!!

Rudest customer service and the manager is the worst one of all. My husband and I have been banking with RBC for almost 20 years. I generally enjoy banking with this bank. When a branch finally opened in Beaumont all those years ago we were so happy and when they first opened they were lovely to deal with.For the last 7 years or more it’s gone downhill and it continues to get worse. We have had so many bad experiences with the customer service there, but yesterday was the worst. From the moment my husband walked in he was spoken to rudely, sent home then sent back up after speaking to someone at the head branch. This time he happened to get the manager. At first he was glad, thinking he would be treated better, but he was treated even worse and he ended up walking out.We ended up going to a different branch in close to town and the service was fantastic. We were spoken to with respect and kindness.Someone from head office needs to come to this branch and get things sorted out, starting with all new staff. By all these reviews we are clearly not the only ones to feel this way or be treated this way.

Honestly people, all of us should check the reviews before to do any business in this branch. Poor, terrible customer service. They closed our account and no options. No advise and just waste of time, my time !

I went into the Beaumont location rbc to get a debit card replaced. I usually don’t go into the branch my transactions are done online but since I was in town I decided to go in, as I walked in there, no one was inside just 3 tellers sitting there with their heads down doing their paperwork I assume, so once I got noticed about 3 mins later I was told to wait until one of them was available anyways I’m standing there again with no one around for another 5 mins. Finally a lady helped me but her service was rudely done . Well now I know why not to go into this branch ever again. I guess your customers aren’t important anymore and making sure your paperwork comes first is what RBC is all about, absolutely ridiculous to get this kind of treatment from your employees Who are incompetent in their work I have been to other branches or another bank they definitely have better service towards their clients!!!

Their mortgage specialist at this branch Tracy greenwood almost got my property foreclosed over a simple renewal .She locked me into great rate strung me along for 4 months until my renewal date then said I wasn't approved despite having good credit and owning multiple assets and another propertyShe's grossly incompetent beware if you get referred to her

Staff are rude, my husband had went in earlier to set up an account. She told him come back later to which we did & she proceeded to tell us no one can help us & that she never told us to come back. She got the Assistant branch manager & it went down from there. She was very rude & condensating. Instead of apologizing to us for inconveniences she came at us saying we should of known better etc. I have never received such poor customer service at a bank. I wont be back.

Banks always seem to get a bad rap. I had my debit card and bank card stolen. The thief used tap and pay and racked up several hundred dollars on my credit card and debit card. RBC reimbursed me for these charges no questions asked. They also tried to do a cash advance on my credit card at the bank. This was denied immediately. Very impressed with how RBC handled this!
