Excellent car wash place. Both the wand and auto car wash are really good. I take both my cars to this place for wash.

We have lived in Beaumont for close to 10 years and had never tried Rims & Rovers. Went in a few months ago, bought a $100 card which gives you a $15 bonus! Love it there.

Something isn't right with the machine in the wand washing area. Spent 9 minutes and my card got charged $25. On the machine, it said $9 ....Disappointed and will not return

Every time I go in here I’m disappointed. It’s been run down for years, but now it’s run down and dirty. Another car wash in Beaumont would immediately put this place out of business.

business as usual when teenager-staff-member #1 decides he’s going to use a hose to spray the ground in the entrance of the bay I’m in while I’m washing my vehicle. Wouldn’t have been a big deal if I wasn’t directly beside the stream, he was spraying. The water was literally hitting my shoes and pooling where I was standing. (Alittle fault can be accepted here for not wearing boots. I didn't mention anything. I continue about my business ignoring the fact my shoes are now soaked and my bay has tons of standing water in it directly from the normal pressure washer plus the hose that’s on full-blast spraying the ground just outside the bay. The same staff member then sprays my shoes again multiple times this time from underneath the bay dividers because he was using the pressure from the water hose to push the dirty water from the bay he was cleaning (beside mine) under the divider into mine. (Why spray the water into my bay instead of using a squeegee to move it to the drainage pipes? Likely because it’s less physical work? I don’t know…) Anyways, later, teenager #1 decides to start spraying the dividers of the bays with the same hose. while doing-so, instead of waiting for me to be a safe distance decides to spray the back of my pants with the hose while he’s spraying down the divider that I have my back directly to. Before someone reading this thinks that he likely didn’t see me there, he 100% did know I was there, because he was the same person who guided me in and pointed to me which bay to take. Seeing as I let it slide the first time it happened, I was upset that this now had happened twice in the span of three minutes. The total disregard customers shown by teenager #1 is ridiculous however quite believable seeing generation Z in the workplace. I go to the office and ask teenager #2 to give me $8.00 because I would like a refund for this experience as the other staff member sprayed me with the hose, not once, but twice, and I was upset. I told him that the first spray I understand stuff happens but twice during one car wash showed total disregard for the customers. I’ve had a long day at this point and this isn’t how I wanted it to end. I told him I come here all the time and that I’ve never had staff using a hose so blatantly close to the customers, so I would like a refund for this wash and I’ll be sure to give the place another chance. Teenager #2 bluntly says that he wont give me a refund and for me not to blame him for the other staff members actions. Fair, he’s right it’s not directly his fault, but since he’s in the role of the office administrator/customer service at this time he’s still responsible for guest-experience for the entire business, not just for himself. I asked teenager #2 to ask the manager/owner to “okay” the refund of $8.00 but he refused to phone him. I told him that it is not acceptable to be sprayed by a hose (twice) that a staff member was controlling while trying to wash your vehicle but he had absolutely no empathy for the mistake of his coworker. His response was “it’s just water”. This was going nowhere quick, so I left before saying something I might regret. People reading this may think that I should come to the car wash “expecting” to be sprayed but they’re wrong; I come there once a week minimum to wash my car with care and attention to detail and rarely spray myself, I shouldn’t need to come there ever have to dodge streams of water aimed at my feet, and continually worry about turning my back to staff in fear of getting soaked. This would be different if it was another customer, but a hose that staff are walking around with is just unacceptable. In the end, it’s not about the $8.00, it’s the fact that teenager #1 had no respect for me at all, and if he had none for me he likely has none for other customers as well, and this will likely reoccur to someone else in the near future. Teenager #2 has no empathy for others, customer service training, or service-recovery training at all. Remember, these are the people representing your business.

Really bad experience on the touch less carwash. The machine took my money and said to proceed into the car wash and then stopped working. The attendant asked if I paid, I said yes the transaction is pending on my credit card, she let me into the carwash but said I will need to pay again. I explained that I already have the charge on my credit card and I will not be paying twice. I left and will never be back.
