Staff working in beaumont branch is overwhelming. Especially Mr Issac ojelabi is great person for your all enquiries. He is so soft spoken and passionate employer wants to help you in calmly manner.

Absolutely terrible service, I was unable to walk due to medical reasons and sent my husband inside with all the information as we wanted balance certificate for immigration purposes. Lady wanted to confirm its not fraud or something which is fine thats her job, my husband told her that my wife is in the car can she walk with him as the car is right outside the main door and she has given the dumbest possible excuse that she cant get up and go outside because its cold outside. I mean why do you all yell that this is inclusive and accessible when you cant come and help a helpless person. I was in extreme pain and that lady was awful.

I walked in to ask if my new cards were in and before I was even asked my name they said ‘did you get a call, no? They aren’t in’ I was also told a week and it’s been a few weeks now.

My wife went to this branch to buy money order with money my sister in Ontario sent her because we were planning on buying something in the future, there was change of plans so she decided to go back to return the money order to put the money back in her account to send the money back to my sister. When she went back, there was lady there that my wife said she was rude towards her first time she went so she decided to go to a different person, even though she tried to avoid the rudeness from the other lady, it didn’t work, the lady still was interfering & SPEAKING BAD ABOUT MY WIFE while my wife was dealing with the other rep. helping my wife basically telling the other rep that my wife has cancelled a money order before and apparently it’s illegal to do so. My wife didn’t like how unprofessional that lady was and makes her wonder if she would have been treated the way she was treated if she wasn’t different from their normal customers they see everyday. She asked the lady if it was illegal to buy money order and cancel it repeatedly since they charge anyways for the money order? which she couldn’t answer. I already knew Scotia bank is the worse bank to deal with but to discriminate against my wife and also to treat her the way they treated her I will never refer anyone to that branch and I wish nothing but the worse on people like this who are suppose to be customer service reps and help people and brighten up peoples day but instead they turn out to be the worse human beings possible to deal with who goes to work just to mess up peoples day…

I ended up switching banks in the end. They don’t answer your emails, don’t follow up on scheduled calls. They seem to be too focused on their woke agenda and cringey progressive grandstanding to actually do what they’re supposed to be doing; banking. I’m glad to no longer be with them

This branch gave terrible service to my disabled mother yesterday and was very discriminatory. They denied/refused helping my mom or to further reach out and call another branch to seek clarification on her issue. Today we took my mom to TD in Beaumont and they helped her instantly and went above and beyond with their service. I Don’t know what was wrong with this scotiabank but, to me it’s lazy & discriminatory service. Shame on this branch.

I would like to give five star ⭐ Due to Suraj Sharma . He is professional with hospitality mindset to helpme on my Credit card application. I really appreciate it the way he cares the customer, whatever the outcome i wish he should be there to help and guide the customer. I feel like a wow and an amazing ?

Every time i go here i get Terrible Terrible Terrible service, my last and final visit, I watch the teller guy pretty much argue with the lady in front of me; she was very polite to him and then when he came to help me he started to argue with me. Beaumont branch your the worst bank i have ever dealt with. BYE BYE!!!!!

Wish I would've read the reviews. Absolutely horrible service at this branch. The branch financial person seemed to be absolutely lazy or tired, kept yawning in my presents. She didn't want to help me, as she gave me a lame excuse why she couldn't open an account for me because I lived in another province as this would bring up red flags apparently. The reason I know she didn't want to help me, I went to another Scotiabank and the branch manager there opened an account for me no problem. Just needed to show I lived in another province and produce ID.I am so glad I went to another branch. The financial person should not be working at a bank or dealing with any customer if this is how you are treated at a bank.
