there debit machines weren’t working and they were only taking cash and guess what, I have them a $100 bill and asked for $50 gas and rest cash back, they didn’t even have change for $50. what kind of gas station is this?

Female Clerk was rude and angry for no reason I was just trying to get my lottery ticket validated she couldn’t help and was rude about it!! Many young students can do the work with a better attitude, rather than someone who can barely speak the language and not showing any appreciation to the customers.

If you are open 24 hours then you should be open 24 hours. Coming at midnight as a traveller passing through and stopping to get gas but being told I cannot, even as a paying customer, use the washroom is ridiculous. 7-11’s and other gas stations have female staff working at night and still allow their customers full access to the store yet this Shell gas station with a man working cannot allow a female in to use the washroom? If you’re too scared or it is too unsafe to open the door for your paying customers at night then just close the store rather than expecting your customers to stand outside at a window, putting themselves at risk. If you’re willing to take our money at night then allow us to come into the store and select our own snacks or use the washroom. I will not in any way support this business in the future. I will choose to support the businesses that don’t treat me like I pose some sort of risk to them.

I have daily Car Wash Pass but this location Car wash sucks. Moreover, Customer service sucks. Last week when I came guy asked me to come after half an hour and today he was starting cleaning I requested him if I can do the Car Wash before he starts but he said I have to start cleaning now and left. I don’t recommend this Shell to anyone. Customer service always below expectations. This is the last time I am in their parking lot. Stay Away Guys!

Me and my friend went to get slurpees. We went to find the cups but they only had one size available, which is not what we wanted. We then go to get our slushy flavours and the mountain dew one is exploding everywhere while I attempt to put it in my cup. After we leave the store, we have a sip of our drinks and they taste like METAL!

I had walked in to grab a snack when I was biking to the gym and the Employee at the time was so polite and kind when I was at the register. I love this gas station for snacks

The Shell app indicated that the car wash was open, but when I arrived, it was blocked off with traffic cones, preventing entry. It’s only 9 PM—why is it closed? What are the actual operating hours?
If the car wash is going to be closed, shouldn’t the app be updated first? This isn't the first time this has happened, and it’s really frustrating. If the app had been updated properly, I would have gone to a different Shell car wash from the start.
I don’t understand why the operation is handled this way.

Really awesome service at this station. It's always clean and the special mention staff are extremely accommodating and helpful with super friendly and works very hard and smart.

If I could give zero stars I would. After putting over $104 in my tank, my 9 year old and 11 year old were refused washroom use… IN A GAS STATION. Urvish was the name of the attendant, she was extremely rude making my 9 year old son cry and causing a scene to the point other customers got involved questioning why he wasn’t allowed to use the washroom. Shell select in Beaumont, AB is a terrible location, refusing basic human rights.
