Lucy is an awful pharmacist. I visited this pharmacy 8 weeks ago sick and they told me to return if I wasn’t better so I did. I requested a strep test ( I had strep constantly as a child and adult ) which Lucy declined, i asked for a round of antibiotics, she declined. I wake up everyday sick and she did absolutely nothing to help. If any one knows how dangerous it is to have the strep virus in your body for an extended time, you know how negligent it was of her to refuse me. Never going back.

I have been getting my scripts filled here for upwards of 10 years and have consistently received phenomenal customer service from the pharmacy staff. Lucy has always been overly helpful as have all of the pharmacists. They take the time to listen and provide accurate medical advice. Less can be said about one particular technician who I spoke with this morning regarding a prescription refill. Although I understood I had very little options because my doctor had not signed and sent in one of two refill requests faxed within the previous month (which has never been an issue in the past) and my script had already been extended (again, not the technician’s fault). However, the condescending, rude, and disgusting way she spoke to me was appalling. I was not argumentative in any way (to confirm this statement, I asked my colleagues seated around me). In fact, I burst into tears at the lack of empathy this technician showed. As a veteran of the healthcare industry (I have been a Registered Nurse for 24 years), I can with great conviction, state categorically that I have never spoken to a patient in this manner. I understood the script could not be extended and why this was the case (Vyvanse is somewhat controlled and prescribing has to be done with great care and caution) but in no way does that give this technician the grounds to speak to me as she did.I am very happy to discuss this matter further because I would hate for another unsuspecting client to receive the same despicable fate. Thankfully, the pharmacist on duty had a solution and was incredibly helpful, compassionate, empathetic, and caring. Clients should not be made to feel that it is their fault when they have done everything in their power to get their prescriptions filled on time without issue. We always have a choice and sometimes that choice includes treating vulnerable patients with dignity and respect, even if the answer is no.It would be ignorant of me to publicly state the name of this individual so I will not go that far. However, I don’t anticipate it will take much investigation to determine who answered my call and I have high hopes the mistreatment I received will not be paid forward.

This store is a good place to go to because of the testers etc, but the workers and the atmosphere are beyond disrespectful. If you have so many workers here, why are none of them at the till and making us wait so long to pay for our stuff. The workers found in the beauty section are angels and i hope the best for them. But everyone else has an attitude problem and needs to be humbled. As a teenage girl just trying to shop, we’re automatically presumed as theifs and have multiple workers following me just because i’m a teenage girl in a store, maybe that’s why there’s no workers ever at the till. shoppers need to fix their attitude and their customer service if they want business. Incredibly disappointing and i know for a fact i’m not the only one who thinks so. Do better..

Thankyou to cadine in the perfume section for taking the time to show me all the black opium scents all the whole handling customers in the store. Great experience and ended up buying 2 perfumes instead of 1.

It’s pretty obvious why this shoppers has such low ratings. If I had the option to put zero stars I would. This is single handedly the worst experience I’ve ever had in such a short time span going in and out of any store. The staff were the opposite of helpful I could not even believe it at all.

I used to patronize Shoppers quite frequently, but due to them insisting that you have to use self checkout, I will no longer be shopping there. The staff preferred to walk me to a self checkout, past the checkout, were condescending when I asked why I had to use it vs. being rung through a regular checkout. That's not customer service in my opinion. Your prices go up and your service is less. No thanks.

Shoppers Drugmart Beaumont is amazing.I do not have a car, so I take a taxi.I had to pick up someone from Cosmetics, house cleaning, food stuff, and health care items, and I got it all in one stop.The staff is amazing.They ran through a very big order for me with accuracy and amazing speed.Not one word of complaint.They took the time to go look for an item I couldn't find.It was just such a popular item.They will get more.It is something I don't need right awayWhile I was waiting for a taxi, they kept checking to see if I was okay.I am a senior, so I appreciate their TLCKUDOS SHOPPERS DRUGMART BEAUMONT ALBERTA.?????????

Rude staff. Annoyance was apparent when we had trouble at the self checkout. When the "ask for help" notice was activated we could hear her verbal annoyed responce. She showed her irritation punching the buttons on the machine. Some training on customer service much needed here.

I am so impressed by the quality of service at Shoppers Drug Mart in Beaumont. Staff in the beauty department are friendly, welcoming and are always so well educated on each product line. The staff in the pharmacy are always busy yet have always make time to answer questions and fill prescriptions. So glad that Lucy is a prescribing pharmacist or this allergy season would have been truly awful. I trust her judgement and knowledge. Service is professional, amazingly quick and so friendly.

Rude pharmacy manager (or whatever she calls herself)No communication skill, doesn’t know how to speak to coworkers or customers ????If you’re reading my comment you need to go back to school for some communication techniques training . Unfortunately with the personality part i can’t help you! Poor attitude and ignorance are hard to fix. If i were you I’d seek help immediately.

I can't count how many times the system has been "down, or slow"resulting in hours of wasted time. When asked about it, staff is defensive and unpleasant. It's as if the customers time is not important or considered at all. Def the worst pharmacy I've ever had to deal with.
