Was a good experience, any issues were addressed immediately. I also had my room upgraded at no extra cost which was very nice of him to do. The sink in my room did not drain super great when the water was on full blast pretty minor. All in all would stay here again for the price and the service. They also provide extra services posted at the front desk such as laundry services...ext In total i stayed for about 3 weeks or so and I also took a break between my stays about 4 days. When I came back u was given the same room and they mounted the TV that was in my room. Would stay here again 👍🏻👍🏻.

UPDATE: My Credit card company was able to get me my money back after the worker here refused to. I had to file a dispute and he had months to refute it/prove that I was incorrect & the money was not stolen. He didn't because the truth is, he did (try to) steal my money. No apology was issued. I would avoid this place unless you want to literally be robbed.
1) The room reeked. 2). Walls are paper-thin 3) No coffee or kettle 4) The merchant won't refund my 250$ damage deposit despite there being no damages.
Claims I should have come for it in the morning. Everyone else has done it automatically but funnily enough, I went in person to give him the key in the morning. He said nothing. Now, I have to go through my bank to claim the fraud. Overall, it was the only bad place I stayed at on my drive down but I wasn't going to leave a review until the guy not only tried to steal 250$ but yelled at me on the phone before hanging up when I asked for it back.

Good clean room, very quiet, floor heat nice on the toes. Guests were staggered so no-one had a noisy neighbor. Some crew workers got up early like 4am departures.
Had all the amenities like microwave, fridge, etc. but I needed to bring in my own coffee maker. The pub and Cafe were closed but it was a short walk to A&W.

Convenient location but rooms were bad and we decided not to stay there. There was a really bad odor when we entered the room. They wanted to charge extra for 3rd person even though you have two queen beds there.

Great place, comfortable and well kept. The staff are awesome especially the man who Che ked us in....very nice smelling and. Almost atmosphere.Walkability: Right in the middle of beaverlodge...close to everything.

It's an old building, has some updates, such as both water faucets are new. Love that the room opened right to the parking spot. It was clean, quiet, and I felt safe. Had a large fridge. The owner quickly responded to my request for assistance with the TV. I had run into the housekeeper upon my arrival. She was friendly. I'd stay here again. IMO, there's a lot to he said for an independently owned establishment, who focuses on customer service as opposed to some of the chain hotels who care less for the guest and only focus on generating income for the CEO.

I stayed in a kitchenette suite and it was updated and in very clean condition. The Wi-Fi was above average for a hotel and the owner was extremely nice.

If staying at the older section of the hotel, make sure to bring your HAZMAT suit for reasons I am too embarrassed to share to the public.

Had to call the cops on the VERY aggressive late night front desk clerk. Never heard from the hotel in any form to follow up with the midnight cop visit nor the clerks disgusting behaviour. Do not risk your safety and security by booking a room with them. Wish I could give them zero stars. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
