Engineers had thought it was a great idea to mount it behind the driver's steer tire. Came in at last minute notice and these guys stayed late. Even though he was fully booked like everyone else Joel was the only one who tried to help me. He promised to do a scan for me free of charge and said we could work out a plan together to get me where I needed to go safely. After he checked my vehicle he directed me to these awesome guys at Mr Lubes next to the only Tim Horton's in town who were able to help me further. He is not someone who just 'does his job'. He cares about people and is a genuinely awesome human who is fun to talk to! His office staff were super friendly as well. “Les is very knowledgeable and a no BS kind of mechanic. He doesn't do work that doesn't need doing and if it isn't worth the fix, he'll let you know.
I had used him for tires previously and then took an older car in that I hoped would be a clutch issue. Rather than take advantage of my lack of knowledge and fix what I asked for, he took it for a drive, listened to the concerns we had with driving and made an informed decision to not repair the clutch as it was a transmission issue.
I appreciate him not taking my money to repair something that was not actually the issue. He also provided options for repair and replacement parts. He is very helpful!”
