This used to be a good pharmacy but now that shoppers drug Mart has taken it over I have nothing but problems. Went to renew today and they told me I have to wait till 28 days which is today filled on December 20 today is January 16. I was shorted 1 week of meds one month so now have my meds blister pack so I can count them easily so count your meds everytime can't be trusted here anymore now it's a big box pharmacy!!!!

Went to pick up my psychiatric meds, was told it had been too long, 3 months, which is normal pattern for me, and was refused my medication my medication, which I've NEVER experienced those at ANY OTHER pharmacy EVER, even after it being 6 months. I was told they would get in touch with my doctor to get it approved to redistribute them, THIS TOOK 3 WEEEKS!!!!! They refused medication to someone who was sick and then took 3 weeks to get it approved, LETS TAKE SOMEONE SICK WITH MENTAL HEALTH ISSSUES AND MAKE/LET THEM GET SICKER FOR 3 WEEKS. Horribly rude and then was told meds would be ready in the evening, I went just before they closed and they had not even started to prepare them and they tried to tell me they didn't have time before they closed and wanted me too come back the next day. I told them they were doing them tonight like they told me they would. And sat and waited until I got them then switched pharmacies. Worst customer care and compassionate ever experienced in my life.

The pharmacist on duty was rude and condescending. Lacks customer service skills. Does not respect the privacy of client. Leaves door open while performing vaccination.

I loved this pharmacy. Mike and Ashraf were the best! They knew their clients and always said hi and your name. I felt very comfortable with them. I am sorry that it is now another big box pharmacy that doesn’t care who you are. I am sorry they left

This pharmacy has the best employees and the best customer service of any industry as far as I'm concerned! The times that I've had a difficult situation they come to the rescue with a solution, also so warm and friendly and fit in great with this community!

This is hands down the best pharmacy ever! Ashraf and Mikhel are beyond amazing. It's like a place you would see ok TV. They remember your name. They go above about beyond for you. I won't go anywhere else as I have been using them for many years! Highly recommend

I recently switched to using this pharmacy to fill prescriptions and I am so glad that I did. The staff seem to actually care which is few and far between these days it feels. Everytime I phone the calls are always handled in a professional and helpful manner. I've never had to wait because they forgot to fill my prescription or other excuses which I've gotten at other pharmacies. I highly recommend this pharmacy for anything from medical supplies to medication refills. Thank you for the amazing service.

Apparently only the best pharmacy when your a customer there. Mistakenly had my daughters prescription sent there and when my pharmacist tried to have them transfer it they refused. Made me call instead and then made me feel like i was burdening them. When i caught this feeling i clarified that they would be sending it over promptly. He said yes and then waited almost an hour to do so. I am extremely happy with their competition and thankful i did not choose them when i moved here

This is the best pharmacy in the world! You get personalized service and you are really treated like a person. Mike and Ash will tend to all your needs as best as they can. They will even ask you what your bloodpressure reading is after you use their bp machine and compare it to earlier readings to make sure your bp medications are working. They will offer you vitamin B shots, they will ask you how your new meds are working, and do a follow up house call. I am truly amazed at the level of personalized care you get here, truly unbeatable!!!!!
