I had such a pleasure dealing with this company yesterday! They’re so friendly, so kind and really care about your best interest! I would choose this company over any other even if I had to wait longer….which I didn’t, however, would because they go the extra mile for their customers.

Amazing towing company, was stranded on the highway 10 minutes from Leduc with my 1 year old daughter, they were fast and officiant and over all amazing to work with. I can’t remember the persons name but I’m sure you know who you are and you did amazing. Thank you blackfalds towing!!!

Shane arrived to tow our classic car located down a tricky driveway that a previous tow company said no one could get out. Shane had zero issues, did the job quickly, safely and professionally. Have used their services 2 times now and both times they were polite, quick and responsive. Had my SUV towed to and from my dealership, from Blackfalds to Red Deer, and I was able to just give them a call and they came and picked up my keys, grabbed the vehicle and brought it where I needed it. Rates are very reasonable, and they offered on site point of sale with a debit machine, as well as e-transfer options. The work was completed within a few hours, once early morning, and once later evening. No issues whatsoever. Will be using them again for my next tow, when I gotta take my GARBAGE of a Hyundai to a new shop to get fixed. Thanks so much for the service Shane, very much appreciated. Some time before my 90 days in storage, the owner gave me a call and left a message saying I need to let them know what im doing with my vehicle. I called him back asking why I MUST let him know whats going on with it. He had a whole story about how my tow bill (if left without signing it over to them) would carry onto my licensebureau. Therefore disabling my ability to do anything until paid. I was in disbelief and called around to validate this and found out that it was a false information lie. A lie to get me to sign it over, giving them possession sooner than later, or scare me into paying the ridiculous tow bill... either way, shady manipulative behavior and definitely wont be directing any of my business to them after this whole experience

WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER !! I hit a deer and called them to help me around midnight and they said 2 hours. All of a Sudden they said they’ll show up at 10 am . When the driver finally picked up my car he DAMAGED itvSOOOOO BAD !! at first it was about 3k in damages. After the driver picked up my car and dropped it off I needed a new door, fender, bumper , and other parts leading up to about $8000 in DAMAGES ! I have before and after pics to prove it, and they still don’t care and won’t do anything about it . So save your money and your vehicle and call some one else even if they make you wait longer .Service: Local hauling
