Customer service was arrogant

Terrible customer service. Bought a new vape a couple weeks ago, along with a 30 mil bottle. This vape came with one pod with built in coil. Today vape stops working, puff timer wouldn’t even activate. Tried calling first, no answer. Waited, called again, no answer . Took it in and the guy behind the counter proceeds to tell me that it’s an electrical connection. Ok cool, can I exchange it? Well do you have the box? Nope. Well sir the manufacturer won’t take it back unless we send them the box too.
I was then told to buy some more pods to try those in my 2 week old device. It’s not the pod. I was then educated on how pods with coils are lucky to only last a week as of I haven’t been using them for the last 5 years. And have yet to find a coil I can kill in a week. And this especially does nothing either for their image, as a major part of the reason I bought that particular vape was that the guy was telling me that because that coil is so large that “it lasts forever between needing to be changed”
But, was it ever my lucky day! Be cause he was willing to be so kind as to give me 10-15 %off of my new one. Or they’d sell me a box of pods that I may or may not need for a 2 week old vape that doesn’t work .
In summary,
Answer their phone-❌
Talk to you like you’re stupid-✅
Try and make even more money by trying to upsell when a customer receives a faulty product. ✅
Stand behind the product they sell when it’s a verifiable purchase- ❌
Way too much competition out there for shitty service.

Used points to get a free flavor beast vape but they have 2 types mixed together that arnt compatible so I just wasted all my points on a cartridge that can't work on a g2 prolly gonna start using the am pm and get my crew and shop to do the same at least they're smart enough to separate their products and sell batteries for the cartridges they sell, really sad for a big chain .

Great getting a vape shop in Blackfalds such as this one. Location and hours are convenient. Staff are extremely friendly, helpful, informative and educated. There's always a great variety with new products constantly coming in. Kate is always fantastic, can't wait to see what she's got to share next visit.

I probably won’t return here. Very small selection on free base juice, no book to read flavours, can’t get close to the bottles to see what your picking so you have to rely on the person who works there to list off flavours to you. Not very efficient. The woman who was working today was quite miserable and very short. Not a great experience. Will probably continue to drive to lacombe for my vape products
