“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our dog got into something and had been sick for a few days. Last night it got worse, and none of us slept much. This morning, I called Blackfalds Veterinary Clinic right at 8:00 a.m. The receptionist was incredibly kind, understanding, and accommodating. Even though they were fully booked, they told me I could bring my dog in for the day so the veterinarian could examine her when possible. I was so relieved — I knew she was in good hands.
A few hours later, the veterinarian called to explain what was going on. She was honest, compassionate, and didn’t try to push unnecessary tests or medications. When we picked up our dog at the end of the day, we were amazed at how reasonable the bill was.
Our dog is home now and already feeling much better. Thank you to the entire team — we are forever grateful for your outstanding care.??”
