Just stood inside there, then was asked if I was waiting for the bank?Yes I am( as I was in front of the window with the open sigh)Then I’m told it’s closed she’s cashed out for the day. I asked what time does it close? 4:00 they said, I look down at my watch(Apple Watch) it says 4:01
