I think the new manager need psychological help! Not only Did she come up to me while i was shopping aggressively but she started yelling at me after a conversation with a fellow shopper and the owners. Saying things like "you need to be respectful and your additude" i dont know what i said to set her off in such a way but she made me feel vary thretened. The only thing that could be consitered rude was admiting i didnt remeber the owners name. I avoid conflict if i can so i left with out buying anything.I dont know what shes going thought but how she acted and singled me out for her for her verble abuse but she needs help.Do to this i dont think i will ever go shopping there again.

Oh My God! What happened?I use to love shopping at the red apple. Not only are all the prices wrong but if a customer calls them out they start shaming them and treating them like its the customers fault. I even watched the Manager walk up to a woman and start yelling at her for shopping!Maybe the store should close if thats how they are willing to talk to shopper.

Had a very negative experience shopping here on 09/02/2023. I was shopping with my daughter, and she was interested in getting 2 matching hoodies, one for herself and one for a family member. We were passing through on our way to a family reunion. They were advertised as being 60%off, with large sale type of signage. What appeared to be the regular Red Apple price was $24.99 on the tag. There was also the company's suggested retail price tag (manufacturer of the hoodie) that was marked $49.99. Naturally we assumed it was 60% off Red Apple's price. When we got to the till the cashier working (young, brown hair with colored streaks) stated the tag already had the 60%off, (meaning the price tag by Red Apple had already had factored in the 60% off.Okay first of all, from an optics standpoint, that is really foolish to way to advertise a sale,(which in fact, isn't a sale at all.) People expect to have the original store tag marked down when they see big colorful signs advertising 60% off, not just to be told once commited to buying, that the price on the unstickered original store tag has supposedly Incorporated that discount with their regularly priced "non sale" looking tag. That's just setting the customer up to be annoyed, and is in poor taste, because it doesn't appear that it's on sale at all.Second of all, I pointed out to the cashier that the original retailer tag was marked $49.99, which with a 60% discount would make the hoodie about $20, not $25 as advertised on the Red Apple tag. She then rudely said to me "do you want it or not?" and when I asked again, why it was $25 when advertised as 60% off, she again rudely stated I “I don't know, I don't set the prices.” When I stated that I didn't want it if it wasn't on sale, she snatched it off the counter and very "huffily" stomped over the the other side of the counter to put it down, acting really put out to have had to walk 10 ft to put the sweatshirt down in another area behind the till.I don't know if she was having a bad day, or maybe she was angry that she didn't know how to do basic math and figure out what 60% off was, or if she was just a very rude person, but it was certainly no way to treat a customer. When I said to her "sorry for the trouble,” she just completely ignored me.All this aside, this was false advertising plain and simple on Red Apple's part, and a really poor way to try to garner more business. Don't advertise a sale that actually isn't a sale,(from any perspective!) And this store can certainly do with the more hospitable and friendly cashier as this woman was incredibly rude. Certainly not a way to treat customers. Most of all my daughter was very upset because she couldn't buy the matching hoodies for her family member that we were going to see the reunion, as it was not the great discount we thought. This cashier needs to be at the very least reprimanded for her incredible rudeness. If we pass through again, we won't be shopping at this distasteful store.

This is the kind of place where they make you feel like you need a membership just to be in there if you’re not local. Very weird vibes, but dirt cheap emergency toothbrushes!

Pretty decent. Can't complain since we don't have many stores here. But decent selection, decent price. Pretty good layout and variety. Can't go wrong. They have almost anything you can think of and perhaps more
