Calling big time towing was a big time mistake. After putting my semi trailer in the ditch; I called them to pull me back onto the road. They sent 2 heavy recovery units out and it didn't seem the operators really knew what they were doing. After they wrestled with the pull for 6 hours and broke one of their tow straps; they left me in the ditch and I had to arrange to unload the trailer at my expense so they could come back the next morning to complete the pull out. Big time initially quoted me $4000 for the pull but the final bill was $8800. They didn't do the job on their own but feel justified to bill extreme amounts for equipment and operators that just don't cut it. They rip you off... big time.

Needed to tow my vehicle out of a ditch and transport to a mechanic shop, and I made the mistake of calling these jokers. Got my estimate, was told I had to pay for the tow ahead of time which I wasn't able to do because I was at work. When I showed up after work to pay, the hag at the front desk told me a number that was about $150 more than what I was told on the phone. When I asked her what that was about, she swore at me, told me the higher price was because I was wasting their time, and refused to help. There's a reason one of the first search results for these guys is from the Better Business Bureau. Respect is a two-way street; don't treat your customers like garbage and maybe people would actually be willing to use your services.

Just a bunch of crooks who charge 60 dollars per day impound fee. Alberta tow companies are unregulated, but the good ones still charge less than half of that.Make sure to ask lots of questions before selecting them as your tow company. After checking with Consumer Services I learned the only way to make a complaint is if a tow company charges 10+ percent over a quote.Buyer beware.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!My boyfriend and I slid in a ditch and he was superrrr rude from the start of pulling us out. He was being super rude to people who were stopping to check if we were okay.We lost our debit card (might have fell out while paying for gas) and we were trying to call people to help us out (we arent from bonnyville) so it took about an hour and a half to find someone who could help us with the payment. He was swearing at us and being super unprofessional. He charged us $735! I regret calling this garbage company. We had people stop on the road who genuinely wanted to help probably for no amount of money. This piece of sh*t probably has something really bothering him in his personal life, learn not to bring it to work!Service: Car towing

We stuck near a swamp and driver refused to go the place which wasn't bad.Charged $290 for the service. But another towing company came the same place and got the vehicle out.

a horrible experience. they showed up at the accident, hooked up to my vehicle, without me even asking for them to tow me, the driver lied to me saying insurance will only pay if they bring it to big times impound lot, which my insurance company said no that is not true. then when i was at their office they called me a liar and said they never said that. arguing with me about that he tried to kick me out of their shop and threatened to break my arms if i did not leave. i payed the bill which was $786.85 just to go across town and i had to get a different towing company to tow it from their lot to my place which is 15 kms out of town and that company only charged me $312.64. do not use big time towing, there are way better choices.

Gentleman on the phone was professional, but being seated so close to the Saskatchewan border but not being able to come to a truck just over the saskatchewan border forced me to call a truck out Lloydminster at 3x the cost. Was also condecended about the requirements for interprovincial heavy truck regulations despite the fact that I run a truck interprovicially.Get your interprovincial ticket, you're a heavy wrecker. I am well aware of the regulations and have mine.
