“Booked online and requested a room upgrade as I am a diamond member. Arrived later in the day and checked in with the evening shift. Hotel wasn’t busy at all but couldn’t get an upgrade even though online could have booked pretty much any room in the hotel. Stayed 2 nights and the room was not made up between nights. Games rooms are excellent though. Day staff at the desk was excellent. Breakfast was great.”
