The customer service here is always a hit and miss today a lady worker answered my one question like: "I don't know i don't make the sales" maybe she thinks is funny but it's so unprofessional and the ignorance to think it's cool

I have never experienced any type of racism till I entered Marks this afternoon. I was just browsing like any costumer would. I was looking for winter gear for work but I noticed as I walked in the older lady with glasses and brown hair followed me but didnât greet me. She watched as I walked around looking at toques then continued to follow me complaining about the prices they had. I just didnât like the fact that she assumed I was going to steal something by my colour and assumed I couldnât afford anything in the store. I wasnât the only costumer in the store as it was only 1:30 in the afternoon. This will be my last visit and will be letting my fellow family members know this marks location will be a waste of time. Do better Bonnyville marks and perhaps choose better employees that wonât chase ur paying customers away

Friendly staff that checked if I needed help and then let me try on the shoes I needed to till I found a pair that were ridiculously comfortable.

I was there this past Monday with my dad. We went in so can buy an item for himself. All my dad asked was a simple question and instead of answering his question. The lady was like we are closing Iâm going to have get you to leave. It wasnât even 7 yet.
