“Okay so my device had to be returned as I was on a 2 year contract and I went in Sam ordered me a new phone so when I was ready to renew it was in stock, which I didn’t even know you could do that. Great idea because when I went in to pick up my new phone and send me current one back she told me they just stopped making them. She was so helpful and the kindest person I’ve ever dealt with at a mobility store she was patience and while my phone was downloading we had a great conversation it was like I’ve know her my whole life. Thank you Sam for such a great experience ☺️ and to your manager don’t ever let this girl go she’s a great employee and in todays world they are so hard to come by!!!”
