Illegal surveillance, no signage. They don't respect a displaced person trying to move through tragedy. They muscle you through aggressive behavior from bathroom usage, then repeatedly call the cops and have you told not to return. They also tampered with my vehicle. "This is your car?" I was inclined to trust them. Didn't realize it was a loaded question. They also seem to be in league with fast gas, I watched them circle around a debit machine, repeatedly cancel cards and then sneak up behind the unnamed individual when he was required to input his pin #. I gave them advice and said "have we learned nothing from covid." There are privacy laws meant to protect peoples financial information.Also felt incredibly Ill after eating the gravy from the dairy queen. Instant chemicals after I cleansed my pallet. I am under the understanding if you buy a franchise you have abide by the label and products. Also stay up to health standards. They also own the Tim Hortons next door as I have watched them come and go through the doors meant for handicaps that are only an exit so despite huge improvement it isn't fire safe, it isn't up to code or handicap accessible. Room for improvement but making an effort. I would stop here, get gas elsewhere in town, avoid fast gas. Don't eat the Dairy Queen gravy. Fun trivia fact! It was my first place of employment!!

Horrible service. I payed for a pack of cigarettes and the debit machine said approved. The lady at the counter told me it didn't go through. When I showed her the approved display on the debit machine, she said that it is wrong and she has to go by what the till says. I then proceeded to show her my account and that the charge went through, and she kept telling me that the money will come back in my account. I told her that when the money comes back I will return the pack of cigarettes. She then tried to ask for my driver's license. I refused to give a stranger personal information and she just told me to leave and that she will "pay for it". I took screenshots of the charge on my account to have as proof and asked to speak to a manager and she told me to leave yet again. Be careful out there, they might be trying to scam you. Do not back down and do not give your personal info.

Stopped here twice for fuel on my way to and from cold lake easy access off the highway , lots of pumps open , staff where very polite, washrooms where immaculate which is very important went traveling, will have no problem stopping here for fuel again , shell gasoline cant go wrong there

Standing behind a guy who can't decide what he wants. 1 lady running the cash register, 1 girl counting cigarettes, 1 girl playing with the music and the 4th girl was nice enough to put the "next cashier" sign out. Thank god there's other places to spend my money at.
