“The man who runs this shop, in my experience, has been amazing to deal with. I thought it was exceptional that he remembered my name after only picking up one or 2 parcels. Today, after Keeps let me down again and my family was not available to help, I realized they are an auto shop! Duh. I thought they only sold parts. He was my guardian angel and came right down to help me get my car started when it quit at the gas station. Though it really wasn't a big issue, I somehow wasn't able to get the job done. I'm beyond grateful for his kindness and support when I felt helpless, scared and alone. I hope other people support this business. Small towns need good people like him around.”
