This will be our first stop whenever we're in the Bragg Creek area!! Wonderful people running this shop. We came by with our daughter looking to spend birthday money on souvenirs. Huge selection and some very impressive high quality merchandise as well as some fun touristy stuff. The proprietor was VERY kind and welcoming to our kids as they wandered through.

A great little shop to stop at while on your travels. Located on Stoney trail with a history of 90 years. ( From website ) Jack Elsdon who came to the area and began a trucking business and trading with the native people. The business is still in the same family. We specialize in genuine NATIVE CRAFTS, MOCCASINS, MUKLUKS, the real Cowichan Knitwear and much more.
An experience of old and new, I love the smell of the leather and the wood. Brings you back in time. Also if you need a refreshing drink or snacks great little shop to at.

I love the Bragg Creek Trading Post I come here quite regularly. The three main things that I purchase from The Trading Post are Sage, honey and native art in all the forms they have it in. They get unique indigenous art that you cannot find elsewhere. They usually have moccasins jackets beadwork Etc.
The ladies that work here are always so sweet. On one of my last visits this sweetheart lady gave me a lucky rabbits foot. It's a very positive vibe here. It's a lovely to engage in conversation ladies here.
The area directly infront of the trading post leads right to the river front. If you have not been here this is one of the locations you have to see in Alberta.
