I am on a cross country trip from Chicago to Alaska. Outside of Brooks the mounting on my windscreen broke. Although they did not have the parts( who would have?),they dropped what they were doing to jury rig a repair and get me back on the road. Since I had no other options (A and E had refused to help me since my bike is a Honda) they could have charged me anything. Instead they only charged me a VERY reasonable price. I just wish these guys were in Chicago

Needed a $15 part for my Honda water pump. But they went to great lengths to find me the proper part.Next time I need any parts or service, they will be first on my list.

Hands down worst customer service in town. As a company who deals with lots of businesses, and generally always get great customers service, we have found this one to be almost impossible to deal with. Terrible parts people! Ordered an injector for a Honda side by side and was sent something totally wrong. Went to return it and was told it's bent even though it hadn't been used and was brand new. Finally convinced ignorant white haired guy to return it but was still charged a 30% restocking charge even though THEY had sent out wrong part. We have tried to deal with this company in the past, as they are local and we try and shop local as best we can, but have almost always had poor to terrible service with them. Best of luck!

Am really disappointed about this place they had my kawasaki teryx750 it wasn't running they couldn't figured it out for 3 month they keep telling me to buy parts now the don't want to refund my money. I have it back still not running and they will not refund my money for parts it didn't even need.

Sold me a dodgy bike, everytime I call the only person that can deal with the problem happens to be busy not happy took my money said call whenever you need help and don't seem Intrested in helping at all
