Did not one, but 2 separate mortgages with Adrian Stetski over the past 6 months and nothing but great things to say. Their rates were great and we were able to contact Adrian any time with questions or updates zero hassles. 100% recommend if you're looking for a great mortgage specialist in Alberta!

Terrible service ..I'm fed up with every time I go in there us a lineup and only 2 tellers on..maybe one. Yet the people thst fill every office in there refuse to come and open up another teller. Also one lady who I will be writing the head of ATB about once I get her name was unbelievable.She was holding up the libe and could clearly hear all of us discussing how slow the service was.. yet choose to ignore us the whole time talking it up with a customer that was at one of the cashiers. The poor tellar could hear and see what was happening yet could not say a thingSo I did. !!! I said very loudly..less chatting and more working please..I was very rude. The lady then said there is an ATM right out there and then left the tellar. Now the tellar was super nice so its not on her. That women who works there in on of the full offices sitting at a desk knew I was mad and yet did not seem to care. Because of her I am thinking of leaving ATBAlso I have to go into the bank to deposit because I deal with alot of cash payments. Your ATM holds cash for however long so I have to go into the bank. So I can have access to it asap. I know TD bank has the ATM the does this so sounds interesting. Anyway I was in ATB again on Wed last week and same thing..one cashier on and long line ups. One lady had a cab and was already waiting over 15 minutes so the line up was all complaining about the service at your bank. I go into your bank and every person in line either says how terrible it is or they roll there eyes..DO BETTER. Just wish more people would do a review..but then again nothing ever changes.

I went to ATB to open small business accounts for my non-profit. I met with the small business advisor, and agreed to move forward. After our meeting, the advisor became hard to reach. The process of opening/switching accounts was taking a long time. Like, months. I would follow up every few weeks to be told they were working on it. Eventually, the business advisor just ghosted me!! Did not reply to any of my attempted communications.When I reached out to ATB to inquire about this problem, they set me up with another small business advisor. This advisor told me they would look into where we were in the process of opening accounts, and I never heard from them again either. I followed up by email, nothing.I've never had a bank experience so unprofessional before. I'm here basically begging to be a business customer and instead I'm met with careless and inactive banking advisors. I certainly won't ever be using Brooks ATB for personal or especially business banking.
