Mixed feelings...good work as always...however...told 3 days...it was 7.....interior of car drivers side door kick panel/sill left filthy in primer/bodywork schmutze....as well as brand new floor matt coated in same. steering wheel covered in hand finger prints....why would you give a customers car back like that?--esp after taking 4 extra days...I was torn about posting, but...needed to be said.

The parts took longer than anticipated to arrive, but they had them installed sooner than expected. It was probably part of the process, but I appreciate that they had washed my vehicle too.Service: Body & Trim

January 8th- Dropped my vehicle off with Brooks Collision- spoke with Pat and was told for sure would have my vehicle back within 30 days as they are not very busy and ford parts are easy to get. I was very concerned about this as I only get a rental for 30 days and asked a few times and was reassured this would not be an issue.January 15th -Insurance Auditor was out and approved repairs. Went in and signed off at Brooks Collision right away and was told parts would be ordered that afternoon.January 17th – parts were actually ordered from FordJanuary 20th – Parts are in at FordJanuary 21st- Called to check in and am told they are waiting on parts – indicate that I know Ford received them and after being put on hold while Marsha double checks am told the parts are ALL in. Was told the technician would begin work on my vehicle the 23rd and take 2 weeks to complete. Was told the tear down was done and there was no extra work found so about 44 hours of work. And that they plan to work 3 HOURS A DAY on it.January 29th- Called as my vehicle was seen outside seemingly untouched. Am told by Marsha it should still be completed next week and to expect confirmation Friday (January 31)January 31-Went in in person. Vehicle is still outside completely untouched. Was told it will be pulled in next. When asked why it hasn’t been done yet Pat tells me there was a wait on parts- I indicate I know this isn’t true as the parts were there the 21st. Marsha then states its due to a sick employee not the parts now that my vehicle has had nothing done in the 23 days it has sat there.Called back to confirm that my vehicle will be completed in 2 weeks. Was told that I will get a call Monday as they still have to tear it down and make sure there is no additional work!! I was told this was completed on the 21st when we spoke. So after 23 days my vehicle will at least be there another 14- even after I was told by Pat repeatedly I would have it back in 30 days. Would definitely not recommend as the owner seems to have no problem lying to peoples faces.Hopefully once I get the vehicle back the work is at least done well.

After reading the reviews it seemed like Brooks Collision was the place to go for my auto body repairs. Received- Not impressed with my vehicle being there over 20 days with without being worked on after being guaranteed by the owner Pat I would have my car back within 30 days. Seem to get a run around and excuse that are not true. Tried telling me it was because they were waiting on parts- I already called 10 days ago and confirmed ALL the parts were in- the story then changed to a sick employee. TERRIBLE SERVICE- hopefully when/if(?) I ever get my vehicle back the work is at least done well.

After having been hit by a vehicle Brooks collision fixed our truck to perfection. Less then two months later we got a small scratch on our bumper from another small accident. Pat had someone buff it out for us. Thank you very much. We would recommend Brooks collision to anyone.
