On behalf of Floral Delivery Calgary,This is an incredible business with extremely helpful employees. We had a truck travelling from Calgary to Medicine Hat this past Friday and due to the extreme cold the reefer has having issues. Out of the kindness of their own hearts, this business let us park our truck in their warehouse to warm up for over an hour so we could finish the journey to Medicine Hat.Amazing to see the kindness and generosity of this local business and that people are still willing to lend a helping hand. We blew a tire on the Trans Canada 450km from home and managed to get our truck limped into the shop. They fixed our tire super fast and had us back on our way in no time. Great service and people!

I was travelling to the Calgary Airport with 2-horse trailer in tow, and a tight timeline to meet a flight. And then I realized that I had a problem with my trailer tires. These guys had tires in stock and managed a twenty minute change-out, from the time I pulled in to the time I left. Absolutely fantastic service!

Had an awesome experience after my boat trailer got a flat. At first they ordered me two new tires to come in for Monday and we tried to patch my flat tire to last the weekend but the wall had a big Crack in it (which the guy showed me). So we decided to get my spare tire off my boat trailer to use, which after sitting forever was seized up and unfortunately he just couldn't get it off. After that I decided to just replace all 4 tires with common 205s. The guys quickly had my other tires off and the new ones on! My kids got to sit and watch them work. Really happy with how things went and the efforts they went through to get me back on the road

We had an emergency on the highway between Calgary and Brooks on our holiday. Billy opened up his shop on the Saturday of the long weekend and installed new tires. Saved our holiday! Thank you!

I got a flat on the side of the number 1 highway and while in the process of changing it, Marty from the Bassano shop happened to be driving by. He stopped, helped me out, and followed me back to Brooks to make sure I arrived alright. Great guy! He and Billy helped me price out a new set and had them installed quickly the next morning!

Best service on a Saturday morning and fair price too. Thanks again.Yes ,I was so impressed that I booked a 2nd appointment early Mar. MAJOR 2 DAY Total front-end, tires,rims ,shocks, even a complete windshield washer system replaced . James, Billy had every part that might have been needed for the job pre ordered and on the work bench ready for the job. I live 5 hrs from Brooks and did have a time line to get in and out of the service bay.I am again very impressed with Billy, James and Billy's team at (Franklin) Integra Tire. Terrible place Worse place in brooks don’t go to this place i recommend going to any place first before this won’t give you free flat repairs bought winter tires are worse on snow then my summers every time they take a wheel off I drive couple km the tire is about to fall off don’t even tightening the tire don’t trust them when they put the wheels on always double check your tires lost a lug nut within 10 km they wouldn’t put 1 on for free terrible place
