Took jeans there that needed a new zipper. They said it would be completed by the next day but called later that same day and said it was finished! Fast friendly service and very reasonably priced.

My boat cover have some damage in some places,i bring it to jims to replace a new one but the guy told me my boat cover is a good quality and he offer me to fix some damage,he did it in two hours and i save money a lot.

Lost my boat tarp due to some loose and wore out snaps on the way to brooks. Brought it into Jim's and they had it done in five hours. All new snaps on the boat, few on the tarp. Few other little things they did and I was out of there. Great people and great prices. Wish we had shops like this in Edmonton. I'd give six stars if I could.

These guys are the absolute best! I grew up in brooks and my entire life we took thing to Jims! They are so fast, so well priced, and provide such great work.I dont live in brooks anymore but whenever I visit family I still bring with me anything I need fixed. Even if I’m only down for the day, they will accommodate it!

Another well run small town shop. The owners/staff were excellent to talk to, they knew there products very well and when it came time to fix my boots that had a big tear up the back they were very fast and charged a very affordable amount. It was about a third of what i was expecting. Way cheeper than buying brand new boots. Outstanding job
