I would like to give a massive thank you to Randy,Matthew and Nathan of the service department !!!! These absolute all stars went above and beyond for me when I showed up with a trailer part that needed to be fixed that day. They stayed late and made sure I was able to go home and have power and heat. It is a nice change to leave a dealership happy and having a service team that genuinely cares and does the right thing.i will 100% be going back with any other issues I have. Thank you very much!!!

I would like to give a huge Thank You to Magic RV! We were staying at a campground near Brooks AB when we had an issue with our hydraulic jacks not retracting. Gord in service asked that I send a couple of pics of some electrical components and came up with a solution that got us on the road. Thanks for going above and beyond. Would like to give more stars but only goes to five.

Terrible service, asked for payment before month end in a rush and then completely phoned in delivery, stopped responding to communication for over a week. Repeatedly missed arranged times for delivery and then forgot the keys upon delivery and then repeatedly failed to deliver keys for several weeks. Did nothing to attempt to make up for poor service. Shortly after purchase a major piece of trailer equipment failed.

Justin from parts gave me exceptional service! I broke a leaf spring on my cargo trailer an hour north of Brooks. He had exactly what I needed and charged me a' more' than fair price. Top notch service, highly recommend these folks! I'm up and running down the highway, thank you!
