Had unpleasant time today in RBC Brooks. Bad advice. Took my Mom’s estate cheque in and was told it had to be in my name. What? If I was dishonest, I could then cash it. Really? Told to go back to other bank and have changed. Well, the other bank could not believe it. Neither did the RBC estate help line. Should have closed the RBC account instead.

Horribe experience.the csr who helped us was seeking help from colleagues but they were busy talking and did not care if a customer is waiting.
