I have been a client of Scotiabank since 1994 and have never been satisfied with the service. However, Brooks is the worst branch I’ve had to deal with. Usually the person I’m dealing with is rude and unwilling to answer any questions. They also do not speak to you about finances unless you have a lot of money and a perfect credit score. If that were the case, no one would need to speak to a banking rep. They are supposed to be there to help us, but they won’t.

I have been a client of Scotiabank for over 15 years, primarily online. Mostly because in person visits with this bank are almost always a painful experience. They treat people doing their banking nearly like criminals, I have always felt very uncomfortable as if I'm seeing the godfather. I have had funds frozen by the branch manager with no explanation or apology and have been told "we can't help you, or we don't do that" countless times, and then had it done at another banking institution immediately. This needs to change.

Customer service is cool,Reason for a low rating is in the last 4 years i might have had 1 time where i was able to call. Scotiabank phone service is nonexistent. When i call i want to talk to a human.

If you ask for something they always say we can't do that. Always negative. If I drive to taber or Vauxhall they are always happy to help. Thank you Scotiabank Vauxhall
