For anyone in my position thinking you can use PC optimum points for your purchase you can't unless you have money to spend.. only Loblaws company I've ran into this issue. Now this diabetic is going without enough food.

You can find many items in small sizes or fewer quantities, I usually don't find these in Calgary. For example: shampoo and conditioner, plastic bags (10 units). It was very convenient since we were camping.

Large, packed grocery store. Given it's city it's not something to be helped; but definitely try and shop elsewhere myself. Good selection unless you shop in the evening; shelves are lacking sometimes in stock

I mean... alot of the shelves were empty and needed to he restocked so finding skme items was clearly difficult. But the staff were super nice.
