The sales person, Madelene, was very helpful with picking furniture & offered guidance on alternates that were suitable for my space. The delivery people were on time & respectful of the property.Deducted a star because they brought one dresser in upside down & the tape they use to hold the legs & handles in place ripped some of the finish off (on the inside of a drawer thankfully!)

Absolutely love the brick here in brooks! Jessica and Taylor were so helpful and kind they helped me and my husband find the perfect chair for our nursery. Great selection and pricing couldn't be happier with the service we received.

We went to the brick to find the perfect furniturewe found a nice one that fit our price and the ideas we had. Jessica Thiessen helped us with the buying process and explained everything about how to take care of the couches service was very friendly and helpful.

I wouldn't buy from this company ever again.We purchased a bedroom three years ago, and the salesman told us we should definitely purchase an Extended Furniture Warranty Plan because we lose nothing. If we need it it's there, and if we don't use it we'll get our money back if no claims were made. We agreed and purchased it.When the time passed and we never used it, they said we only get a store credit, that we can use for a purchase of $400.00 or more (before taxes) within 90 days after the date Your Plan expires, and they claimed that after the delivery this information was made available.My issue is first that in a reputable store like the Brick you believe what you're told, unlike unknown sellers where you ask for documentation for every word. Second, is that I emailed them multiple times and I accepted this term in the end but asked them to send me a proof of the credit as I'm overseas and by the time I'm back I'd lose it but I never got a response. Even when I asked to speak to a manager my email was completely ignored with no response. Bad customer experience, and it's a shame because I used to think highly of them.

So, to start with my relative just bought few things from the bricks brooks. And it was not a small purchase. We bought few sofas, bed frame and etc… so in that bed frame it was a manufacturer’s diffract. We went to the store to ask for a help and we just wanted to ask one question and one of the employee name jess she is a customer service representative. Which she doesn’t deserve it. And she started yelling and talking so loud to us we feel that she quit racist to us because we were indian. She was not at all ready to help us and she was very very very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk to a customer. The worst worst service I’ve received in canada. She was so loud that the whole store can listen to our conversation and everyone in the store was listening to us. And she didn’t even solve our issue.

Was so impressed with the brick in brooks bought a washer and was not working well. Jessica quickly agreed to change out for no charge and redelivered new washer. The fellows that came to move very professional and friendly. For sure would buy here again.

I never ever had any business like those people in my life. Rude and mean supervisor. His name is Joni. As I purchased products from them, their product had damaged and I reported on time. Then he got made at me. Also as he said that he will refunded to all my many and he is changed his mind and charged to me the delivery fee. I didn't did or say anything to the workers he said he didn't want to replace and sale me another product from the books the back. I feel bad for him but I don't have problem I can get way cheaper and good product from another business.
