This is the absolute worst business UPS can be associated with they have very unreliable hours and their posted hours of business are rarely observed. Do something about this soon.

Terrible service. Please find another business to partner with. I’m here during business hours but the door is locked. This is the 2nd time I’ve tried to pick up my package. The first time they said it wasn’t there even tho my tracking number shows it is. Now they won’t open the door or answer the phone.

They keep posting a sign saying they'll be back in 5 mins. I think they really meant 5 hours coz I've been waiting for over an hour now. This isn't the first time they've done this.
They also never send out drop off receipts and they get visibly annoyed for even asking.
