Less than “1” very poor service!!! Staff rude!!! Daughter had flat tire in -30 weather, tire inflators not working!!! Went to help , asked to use their power to inflate her tires, was told that they could not do that!!! Will never darken their doors again!!

Disappointed! Terrible customer service! My truck got a flat tire in -40 weather pulled up and the staff was very rude, their air inflator didn’t work. So I left my truck to get a portable compressor, when I returned their was a note on my truck not to park in front of the air inflator “that’s where people inflate tires” uhmmm can you see the flat, genius? Ask if we could use a power supply to plug in the portable air compressor… nope! Can’t do that.. I am shocked at the lack of compassion. I won’t ever spend another dollar here or at another Esso based upon this experience.

My son worked very hard doing yard work to buy a visa card. he wanted to buy a shirt online that would arrive in four to seven business days. He constantly checked the mail and was very disappointed when it had not arrived.I checked his order and it said the card was declined. I called the card number and they said it was not activated. The owners of the Esso knew my son and knew he was a good boy as they put it.They refused his request to activate the card because he didn't have a receipt. I called the card company again and they said the Esso would have a copy on there log. They still refused to activate his twenty five dollar visa card which cost him twenty nine dollars with activation fee. I am very hurt that these people would steal from a young boy who worked so hard. I will give him his twenty nine dollars and we will never enter this store again. Try and sell your store for over a million dollars,this will never happen.I encourage others to shop at the Shell,They owners at this Esso have no honour. After much discussion and fight to prove my son was not a thief and digging in the garbage to obtain the old card. He finally found the transaction which was proof of purchase and activated a new card. I wish them all the best,forgave him in person however I will not use his services ever again.
