Very nice place to buy watch.all the staff very helpful.especially Antara and Aliya are very helpful and nice.they helped me to short size watch for my 4 year boy.

We visited the store to buy a set of couple watches as a gift. We decided on 2, and after searching, the staff told us the women’s watch was out of stock but then men’s was available. We then decided to buy just the men’s watch and order the women’s watch online elsewhere, but after waiting again, we were told the men’s watch was also out of stock. This wasted so much of our time that could’ve easily been avoided by doing inventory properly.
Then we asked if we could at least buy the couple’s box to gift the watches in a nice box. The staff member initially agreed, but then the manager stepped in, didn’t ask about the situation, and instead rudely asked why we weren’t buying from their website—where we had already checked and the watches were also unavailable. He was being VERY passive aggressive for no reason.
The constant backtracking and the manager’s attitude after already wasting our time made this a frustrating and disappointing experience. Poor customer service.

Thanks to Nick for helping my son with his first watch. I recognized him from somewhere - and I believe it’s because he’s helped us before when he worked at a different retailer and did an excellent job there too. Very courteous and professional.

I came in on Sunday May 18, and was served by Nick. This guy went above and beyond to assist me. Very pleasant and extremely professional. He deserves a promotion, raise or something. Very impressed, hopefully someone acknowledges this and passes in the commendation.

I had a wonderful experience at Watch Station! The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The saleswoman who assisted us at the counter went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we needed. She was patient, attentive, and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Nikita, who was also incredibly helpful and kind. Her warm attitude and willingness to assist made a big difference. It’s rare to come across such genuine customer service these days, and the team at Watch Station truly delivered. Thank you for making our visit so pleasant!

The worst customer service I have experienced in many years from a sales person. The manager had a chance to address my concerns, but she didn't. I rarely leave my rating, especially the negative one, however, this one was very well deserved. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

At 4:20pm December 1 I entered the watch station, the greeter (bigger Indian girl, 18-22ish) said hello, I said hi back, she was completely flabbergasted by my hello and completely caught off guard, however, instead of using this as a learning experience to build confidence she pointed at me with her coworkers and began to talk about (why I’m acting like that). The truth is I have a hearing problem + high confidence and naturally speak louder than most people. I later talked to nick and he delivered AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE for me and my wife, really taking it to the next level and helping me find a nice watch. Great shop, great management, great selection. But teenage workers with no regards for actual customer service sour the experience.
I purchased the watch, the lady who adjusted the watch also delivered great customer service along with the other manager who helped with resizing.
Just wish I was initially treated like a human being.

Went in on a busy Sunday afternoon but several of the sales employees were still able to attend to me. I was able to choose a beautiful watch for a present and made it extra special with free engraving. Couldn't be happier with the experience.

Hire better staffs I called a staff she looked and ignored. Why don’t you quit and do owner or company a favour.. if it were up to me I would fire her on the spot. She has time to chat with her friend while it cost company money… utter useless..
