Giovanni did an amazing job on our windows! They look great! And this was a really big job. We have a really steep roof and tons of windows . He was extremely professional and very friendly to deal with. He also did our gutters. We will never use anyone else for our windows and gutters. I was so impressed with BOAB's service! My windows were cleaned in 1.5 hrs. That job usually takes me an entire day to do. Not only were they efficient but my windows look spectacular! I contacted Gio on Monday and he got back to me the same day which is nice. He was able to quote me the same day and we set up an appointment. When he arrived he set up began to work on the outside and then came in to complete the inside. I found Gio to be professional and very thorough with the Windows, removing of screens and wiping window sills. He checked is work when he finished which I also thought was great. Every one of our 50+ windows and sills were sparkling when B.O.A.B. finished cleaning them. Not a streak to be seen. Giovanni communicated very well on finding the right date and time to perform the services, given the unpredictable Alberta spring weather.He was very pleasant and respectful of us and our home. Friendly, efficient, non-intrusive, clean and careful. The job was not an easy one - there are 18’ ceilings in the house, and outside, there are 3 stories to the windows over the walk-out. Very pleased with the service and quality of work BOAB Windows provided to me. A on site estimate was provided quickly and an appointment date was set. Giovanni arrived at the scheduled time and started work immediately. He worked efficiently and gave quality service. I’ve already recommended him to several of my neighbors. Very pleased.
