About TELUS Store & Koodo Store - Authorized Dealer Custom Cellular
Custom Cellular TELUS & Koodo Authorized Dealer receives positive feedback for helpful staff and good deals. Customers appreciate staff members like Dustin and Kyle for quick, effective assistance with phone issues and device setup, often going above expectations. The store offers attractive promotions, such as a $150 credit on setup, making it a recommended place for good service and deals. However, some customers, especially seniors, find the service lacking, citing difficulties with device setup and a lack of extra help. Overall, the business is known for friendly staff and good deals, but improvements in support for less tech-savvy customers could enhance the experience.

Shout out to Dustin for helping me with a tech issue on my phone after switching to Telus via the call center. He had me up and running in a matter of minutes, much appreciated!!

Got a great deal on internet, TV and security! Thanks to the awesome ladies in there who got me a $150 credit on my set up instead of having to pay a set up fee. Highly recommend this place for good service and good deals
