Doug, the manager was absolutely AMAZING!!! He went above & beyond to ensure I was able to get the item I needed. The staff at this store are always very helpful & the store is always clean & nicely arranged, but Doug went that extra mile - which was REALLY appreciated!

Awful. I came in with someone who had just had a house fire today, and literally lost everything. Everything. We came to buy some basic clothing so they could go to work and have clean undergarments. I was there in a work capacity which was clearly visible. I asked if there was any way we could save him some money and get a discount of any kind. They asked the manager on shift, who in turn called the store manager and came back and said no. There was no discount. To say I was disappointed is an extreme understatement. We had $300 worth of items on the table and they couldn't even offer a wee bit of a discount to help a community member on their worst day. Shame.

Rather rude and lazy staff working there on Sunday. Prices are quite high, the quality of the merchandise has gone downhill.

Great products and that is why I shop there however service was very hard to come by and the line up to check out was long and no one came to help the one lonely cashier. I felt very badly for her as you could tell she was worried that the service was so slow.
I will continue to shop at Mark's as this so far was a one off with the service.

Staff are always hanging around the counter chatting. Fitting rooms Always have clothes in them, and there's never anybody around to help you.
