We are new to the area. We chose this home because the amenities and the convenience of having Marler Mini Mart close by. I have visited the store close to 10 times. I have met 2 very nice staff members that are always friendly to both myself and my child. There is also a man who works there who is very rude and the past few times, he has been working. He doesn’t welcome you into the store in any way, won’t smile, say hello or even thank you. He is angry all the time & has a negative energy and aura about him. Today, I brought my child into Marler Mini Mart to buy an ice cream cone. The man was rude, seemed very annoyed and was more concerned with telling me repeatedly how much this ice cream cone would cost than just giving us good service. My child wanted to buy something else and I told her we’re leaving. He is lucky he got the 2$ for the cone I almost didn’t buy and contemplating walking right out after he scooped it. The WORST SERVICE of my life. They just lost a customer.

The people who run the store remember my spouse and I every time we go in. They're extremely polite and kind to us and treat us like friends. They are a little ray of light in our community.

It’s super nice to have this store in the neighbourhood, they got everything. Only downside is they’re super pestering with what you should buy and their “deals”. Tried selling me nearly expired milk for a dollar off which was weird and disappointing.

Owners are great, but there employers always short changed me, never gave me receipt, charged me $30 for 20 pack of cigarettes. Went back to see if it would happen again, it did.

I went in the store and while I was purchasing an item, I accidentally dropped a quarter on the ground. I went and picked it up and immediately she asked me "Was that a quarter you picked up?" I then told her "Yes, I thought I might of dropped the quarter." I knew I dropped it. She urged me to put the quarter in the donation jar by the till. Because of this I don't recommend them. They stole from me and are very dishonest and forced me to donate my 25¢ to charity.

Never a hassle and never feel unwelcome in this friendly little store. Good selection of goods which is a blessing in this corner of town
